Business Development Coordinator

PEC Consulting Group is seeking a Business Development Coordinator with excellent technical English language written and communication skills to collaborate with lead consultants (engineers) to create professional services proposals, generate consultancy project reports, and develop and update business development and marketing materials.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Collaborates on and writes professional services proposals.
    • Contributes to, composes, and verifies the quality of summary reports for consulting projects.
    • Establishes and maintains a client/proposals/project backlog database.
    • Develops and updates marketing materials, including professional resumes, project qualifications, advertisements, flyers, and brochures.
    • Contributes to and coordinates activities related to the team’s website.
    • Assists in researching new opportunities that align with PEC services.
    • Contributes to marketing efforts, such as writing articles for publication, creating content for the team’s newsletter, and preparing materials for trade shows.
    • Participates in arranging and attending meetings with existing and potential clients.
    • Actively participates in the team’s weekly planning meetings.
    • Prepares various documents, including letters and meeting minutes.
    • Diligently maintains multiple aspects of PEC-client professional relationships. 

Requirements

    • Previous similar experience (3-5 years) is desired.
    • English Language, Marketing or Business Administration majors preferred.
    • US Residency or US Citizenship is required.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
    • Proficient in the English language.
    • Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Demonstrates a willingness to expand knowledge and continuously improve.

    • This position is based in St. Louis, MO.
